Battlefield Fight League 9 will take place on July 16th from the new Vancouver Convention Center in B.C. The mainevent will feature a featherweight title fight between WCBJJ standout Jeremy Kenndy and Current Excite Fight Featherweight Champion American Tristan Storrs.
The Co-mainevent will be a Middleweight title fight between Carlson Gracie Canada BJJ Expert Justin Lansing and Standout wrestler from WCBJJ Micah Brakefield The fight card will consist of 16 amature MMA fights. Tickets will be on sale through the Fighters and online at yayatickets.com on Monday June 6, 2011.

I don’t really know who this Prince Mahey guy is but he really needs to stop talking so much before he’s even had one fight. I’m not impressed with the way he’s talked to my teammates and think it would be wise of him to stop talking until he’s at least won a fight.

I completely agree in fact Prince Mahey has talked to a lot of higher ranked fighters ( a lot of my teammates) like he’s in their spot, he really needs to become more respectful towards fighters who’ve accomplished a hell of a lot more than he is even hoping to.
Storres is in so much trouble come july 16th Kennedy is in the best shape of his career already and has already put more time into his camp then any other camp before i for one would be really worried about kennedy if i was fighting him… i know West Coast BJJ is going to have two new belts for the wall on july 17th… Prince Mahey before you talk trash try not getting triangled in 30 seconds at the mma expo twice in a row

i agree with david fully, i have had 4 years of bjj lots of wrestling training etc, and i trained my ass off and it ended in 10 seconds, so to prince listen to david and repect fighters alfie is a good guy and has had a few fights under his belt and coming off a great win and he is not talking junk,

Westcoast bjj guys train hard take there bjj/mma serious and in this game its all about honor and you will be more repected by them not running your mouth and realizing that this shit is real and you think triangles are bad wait till you start getting bombs droped on you you wont be talking, the best advice is 2 to train not talk and do your talking in the cage,bfl is for real fighters win or lose that train hard then fight hard and have repect at the end of it all, prince you should listen to these guys cause there where you want to be, and alfred leslie no matter his belt level in bjj or his boxing experience etc is coming to fight bank on that
